Crowds tasting wine in a Berlin warehouse at the Berlin Sommer Weinfest

Berlin's largest wine festival, sold out online — then turned into pipeline.

Sublime Wine needed a June date filled. We built the channel strategy, then ran it end to end: Meta advertising from planning through creative coordination and campaign management, a sharpened Squarespace site with berlinweinfest.de wired into Search Console, and social content made for the campaign rather than borrowed from it. The online ticket allocation sold out.

Reach came from people, not just spend. We built the influencer and press strategy, introduced Sublime to Nadine Bauer's network, helped stage a dedicated press and influencer tasting, and prepared bilingual German and English press materials for a city that reads in both.

Then the part most event marketing skips. A day that pours 350+ wines from 80+ producers generates goodwill with a short shelf life, so we spent it: partnership conversations opened with Wolt, a Soho House collaboration developed, and a B2B pipeline built from LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists cleaned into HubSpot, with a sales carousel and follow-up formats to work them.
